10-7-1: Adoption Of Code
10-7-1: ADOPTION OF CODE:
The fuel gas code 2021 edition, as adopted in section 10-2-1 of this title, and all appendices, with the exception of section 109 entitled "IBC Board Of Appeals" is hereby adopted by the village. One copy of the fuel gas code is on file in the office of the village clerk and is available for public inspection. (Ord. 1570, 9-17-2012; amd. Ord. 1776, 11-6-2023)
