The City or any person aggrieved by a violation of any provision of Chapter 1175 of the Codified Ordinances may apply to any court of competent jurisdiction for appropriate relief from such violation, including, but not limited to:
(a) Injunctive relief or an order otherwise compelling compliance with this Chapter
(b) Compensatory damages, and/or punitive damages not to exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000.00);
(c) Reasonable attorneys' fees and costs provided that said complainant, in the opinion of the court, is not financially able to assume said attorneys' fees; and/or
(d) Such other or further relief as is appropriate for the enforcement of this Chapter or Chapter 1175 and the elimination of violations thereof.
