Subdividers shall be responsible for payment of fees for the following services in accordance with the current adopted schedule of the City Manager, which shall be submitted with the plats:
(a) For processing of a preliminary subdivision plat and the processing of a final subdivision plat.
(b) For Minor Subdivision Plats.
(c) Subdividers shall pay to the City a fee for review of the construction plans, specifications and documents plus a percentage of the cost of the construction of the required improvements based upon the City Engineer's estimate of said cost. Said fee shall be paid at the time the subdivision construction permit is issued.
