155.01 PLANNING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR CREATED.

   There is hereby created the position of Planning and Community Development Director. Such position shall be filled by appointment of the Mayor with the confirmation of Council. (Ord. 89-06. Passed 5-8-06.)

155.02 COMPENSATION FOR THE PLANNING COMMISSION.

   Each noncouncil member of the Planning Commission or Alternate Member shall receive a fee of twenty dollars ($20.00) per meeting attended, payable as the Finance Director shall direct from the General Fund.
