There is hereby adopted by reference as if fully set out at length herein, for the purpose of prescribing regulations governing conditions hazardous to life, safety and property from fire or explosion, that certain code known as the 2002 Ohio Fire Code and the 2003 International Fire Code.
Such Ohio Fire Code and International Fire Code shall be the minimum standards governing conditions hazardous to life, safety and property from fire or explosion and from the date on which this section takes effect, the provisions thereof shall be controlling within the limits of the City.
A complete copy of such Code is on file in the office of the Fire Chief and the Chief Building Official for inspection by the public.
