154.01 ESTABLISHMENT; MEMBERS.

   (a)   There is hereby established an Airport Commission which shall consist of five members.

   (b)   The membership shall be as follows:

      (1)   Council member (appointed by Council President).

      (2)   City Official (appointed by the Mayor).

      (3)   Pilot - user of airport (resident of City, appointed by Mayor).

      (4)   Planning Commission member (appointed by Commission).

      (5)   Sharon Township trustee.

154.02 TERM OF OFFICE; VACANCIES.

   The terms of members of the Airport Commission shall be concurrent with their terms of office. The appointee of the Mayor shall be for a term of four years. Vacancies shall be filled in the same manner as original appointments are made.
