153.01 Appointment; term; compensation.

153.01 APPOINTMENT; TERM; COMPENSATION.

   (a)    The Civil Service Commission shall be appointed and shall be governed as set forth in the Charter Article V, Section 8.

   (b)    The term of any member shall expire on June 30 of the year in which it is completed.

   (c)    Each member of the Commission shall receive a yearly fee of six hundred fifty dollars ($650.00) payable semi-annually from the General Fund.
