156.01 APPOINTMENT; TERM.

   (a)   The Board of Zoning Appeals shall be appointed and shall be governed as set forth in the Charter, Article V, Section 7 .

   (b)   The term of any member shall expire on December 31st of the year in which it is completed. (Ord. 150-95. Passed 9-25-95.)

156.02 COMPENSATION.

   Each member of the Board of Zoning Appeals or Alternate Member shall receive a fee of twenty dollars ($20.00) per meeting attended payable semi-annually.
