779.01 PURPOSE.
   The purpose of this chapter is to address the impact of Adult Use Marijuana dispensary sales on the community and to create a reasonable Community Impact Fee for operation of adult use dispensaries pursuant to O.R.C. Chapter 3780, Adult Use Cannabis Control.

779.02 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purposes of this chapter:
   "Adult use dispensary" means a person or entity licensed pursuant to R.C. § 3780.15, Chapter 3780, and any rules promulgated thereunder to sell adult use marijuana as authorized. Adult use dispensaries shall include dispensaries that are licensed by the state to sell both adult use and medical marijuana.
