779.03 APPLICABILITY.

Businesses subject to this chapter are adult use dispensaries, but only to the extent that the Host Community Cannabis Fund created by O.R.C. {3780.23 is repealed or reduced by the state legislature to eliminate or reduce funding to local host communities of adult use dispensaries.
