771.03 TIME AND FEE.

The permit shall be valid for the calendar year in which issued and shall be renewed annually thereafter. A fee of fifteen dollars ($15.00) shall be paid at the time of the original issuance and at each renewal thereafter. (Ord. 4-79. Passed 5-7-1979.)
