§ 113.44 SYSTEM EXPANSION.
   (A)   A cable operator shall not be required to extend more than 1,000 feet from the existing cable service, as measured from the extremity of the system nearest to the unserved area.
   (B)   A newly installed subscriber shall not be assessed or apportioned the cost for installation, except for the usual and normal connection fees paid by subscribers, so long as the system expansion is technically feasible.

§ 113.45 PERMITS AND LICENSES.
   A cable operator shall obtain, at its own expense, all permits and licenses required by law, rule, regulation or ordinance, and maintain the same in full force and effect for as long as required.

§ 113.46 CONSTRUCTION, FIRE AND SAFETY CODES.
   (A)   A cable operator shall construct, operate, maintain, repair, remove, replace or restore the cable system in strict compliance with all current technical codes adopted by the town, the state or the United States which are customary to the cable television industry.
   (B)   The codes referred to specifically include, but are not limited to, construction, fire, safety and zoning codes.
