(A) Any person who violates the provisions of this chapter for which a specific penalty is not provided shall be fined not less than twenty dollars ($20.00) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100.00).

(B Any person who violates the provisions of § 40.126 shall be fined the sum of fifteen dollars ($15.00).

(C) Any person who violates the provisions of § 40.128 shall be fined between ten dollars ($10.00) and one hundred dollars ($100.00)

(E) Any person who violates the provisions of § 40.251 shall be fined in amount of ten dollars ($10.00) to one hundred dollars ($100.00).

(F) Any person who violates the provisions of § 40.301 shall be fined thirty-five dollars ($35.00) for each violation which shall be payable to the City Clerk at the municipal building.

(G) Any person who violates the provisions of § 40.302 shall be guilty of a violation and shall be punishable by a fine of ten ($10.00). Each twenty-four (24) hour period the violation shall be permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense.

(H) Any person, firm, or corporation who violates the provisions of § 40.303 shall be subject to a fine of five dollars ($5.00).

(I) Any proprietor who fails to establish a fire lane pursuant to § 40.304 within thirty (30) days of notice given to him by the Fire Chief shall be fined fifty dollars ($50.00) per day for each day in violation. Any person parked illegally in a fire lane shall be fined twenty-five dollars ($25.00) payable to the City Clerk.

(J) Any person who violates the provisions of § 40.306 shall be fined five dollars ($5.00) to be paid to the City Clerk. In the event a motor vehicle is parked for an additional period of two (2) hours, the fine shall increase by ten dollars ($10.00) for each subsequent two (2) hour period the vehicle is parked in violation of this section.

(K) Any person, firm, or corporation who violates the provisions of § 40.352 shall be fined five dollars ($5.00) and costs.

(L) Any person, firm, partnership, corporation, or association who violates the provisions of § 40.355 shall be fined not less than ten dollars ($10.00), nor more than one hundred dollars($100.00), plus court costs.

(M) Any person, firm, partnership, corporation, or association who fails to purchase a motor vehicle license sticker or classification on or before the May 1 deadline, pursuant to the provisions of § 40.357, shall, upon conviction, be fined thirty dollars ($30.00) and costs. Each day the violation continues to exist shall constitute a separate offense.

(N) Anyone who violates § 40.400 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall, upon conviction, be fined not more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) or imprisoned for not more than ninety (90) days, or both.

(O) Any driver or owner of any truck or other similar vehicle who violates the provisions of § 40.700 shall be fined one hundred dollars ($100.00) payable to the City Clerk.

(P) (1) Violation of §§ 40.750 through 40.754 by any person possessing a city issued permit under §§ 40.750 through 40.754 shall result in the imposition of a fine in the amount of fifty dollars ($50.00) for the first violation and a fine of seventy-five dollars ($75.00) and revocation of the permit for a second violation of §§ 40.750 through 40.754 occurring with a twelve (12) month period.
(2) Violation of §§ 40.750 through 40.754 by any person that does not possess a city issued permit under §§ 40.750 through 40.754 shall result in the imposition of a fine in the amount of one hundred dollars ($100.00) for the first violation and a fine of one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) for a second violation and each subsequent violation of this §§ 40.750 through 40.754 occurring with a twelve (12) month period.
