§ 40.302 PROHIBITED PARKING

   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to park or leave standing, any motor vehicle in any of the following locations:

   (B)   The Street Department is authorized to place signs at the appropriate locations specified in subsection (A) to provide notice of the parking limitations.

   (C)   Sudden emergency parking caused by a motor vehicle becoming disabled shall not constitute a violation of this section.
