(A) All persons owning or using the above designated motor vehicles, subject to the provisions of this article, and all license stickers and/or classification stickers must be purchased and displayed on or before the April 1 deadline, and the stickers shall expire on April 1 of each consecutive following year. Provided, however, that an automatic extension of time, up to and including April 30 of each year is granted to each person, firm, partnership, corporation, and association owning a motor vehicle and subject to the provisions of this article.
(B) The annual motor vehicle license fee established by this article for city stickers purchased after May 1 of each year shall be sum the of twenty dollars ($20.00).
