§ 95.31 FISHING.
   (A)   No person shall fish in Lake Storey within 200 feet of the flume spillway located at the northwesterly end of the lake.
   (B)   No person shall fish from any part of the designated swimming beach [of] Lake Storey, nor from any raft or other floating object provided for swimmers at the beach area.
   (C)   No person shall fish in Lake Storey or Lincoln Park ponds and ditch with more than two sport fishing poles, and each pole must not have more than two hooks or lures attached while fishing, except that bow fishing for carp is allowed; and no person shall fish with the use of multiple-hook devices (trotlines, bankpoles and juglines).
   (D)   No person shall remove or harvest more fish from Lake Storey or Lincoln Park ponds and ditch than the following daily limits and length limits:
 
Black and/or white crappie:
No daily limit and no size limit
Bluegills and/or redear sunfish:
Twenty-five fish daily limit in aggregate with no size limit
Catfish (all species):
Six fish daily limit in aggregate with no size limit
Large and/or smallmouth bass:
Three fish daily limit in aggregate with only one fish over 18 inches and/or two fish under 12 inches. All bass between 12 and 18 inches must be immediately returned to the lake
Muskellunge:
One fish daily limit with a minimum length limit of 42 inches
Walleye:
Three fish daily limit with a minimum length limit of 14 inches

§ 95.32 SNOWMOBILING.
   (A)   A snowmobile is hereby defined as being a self-propelled device designed for travel on snow, steered by skis or runners, and supported in part by skis, belts or cleats.
   (B)   A snowmobile shall be operated only by a person having in his or her possession a valid motor vehicle driver’s license.
   (C)   No snowmobile shall be operated in any place in any park except at the snowmobile course or trail designated and marked at Lake Storey Park.
   (D)   Snowmobiles shall be operated only on those days deemed by the Superintendent of Parks to be suitable for snowmobiling without damage to the park grounds, including grass, trees and shrubbery, which days to include by way of illustration but not of limitation those when snow covers the ground to a depth of not less than two inches and the temperature is not higher than 25ºF above zero. Snowmobiles shall only be used on the course or trail provided at Lake Storey Park, and only between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.
   (E)   No person shall operate a snowmobile at a rate of speed too fast for conditions, or in a careless, reckless or negligent manner, or while under the influence of drugs or alcoholic liquor.

§ 95.33 TENNIS COURTS.
   No person shall rollerskate, rollerblade skate or ride a skateboard on any tennis court owned by the city.

§ 95.34 DOG PARK.
   (A)   Notwithstanding § 95.23, dogs shall be allowed in any area of a public park specifically designated as a dog park by the Galesburg City Council.
   (B)   The use of any dog park so designated shall be at all times subject to and governed by the dog park rules adopted by the Galesburg City Council.

MUNICIPAL GOLF COURSES, GENERALLY
§ 95.45 RULES AND REGULATIONS ENFORCED.
   The Superintendent of Parks, golf course greenkeeper and Bunker Links golf pro shall enforce the rules and regulations adopted concerning the conduct of persons playing or waiting to play golf on the Municipal Golf Course, also known as Bunker Links.

§ 95.46 COURSE CLOSED; SEASON, HOURS.
   (A)   Bunker Links Golf Course shall be closed to all play from December 15 of each year to March 1 of the following year.
   (B)   No person shall loiter, frequent, remain or otherwise enter upon Bunker Links Golf Course after sunset and before sunrise.
