§ 95.16 MULTIPURPOSE TRAIL.
   (A)   The MULTIPURPOSE TRAIL is defined as a paved path or trail approximately six feet wide and located on the grounds of Lake Storey, and which is marked with appropriate signs designating it as such.
   (B)   The multipurpose trail is intended to be used for purposes of hiking, jogging, bicycling and snowmobiling.
   (C)   No person shall operate any motor vehicle whatsoever upon or over the multipurpose trail; provided, however, that snowmobiles may be operated on the trail in accordance with § 95.32 and other applicable laws.
