(A) No person shall frequent, remain or be present in any community park, listed in Appendix A to Ordinance 06-3117 (hereby adopted by reference), between the hours of midnight and 4:00 a.m, except by prior consent of duly authorized park or city personnel.
(B) No person shall frequent, remain or be present in any neighborhood park, listed in Appendix B to Ordinance 06-3117 (hereby adopted by reference), between sunset of each evening and sunrise of the following morning, except by prior consent of duly authorized park or city personnel.
