(A) No boat, canoe or other craft propelled in any manner whatsoever other than by oars, canoe paddles or sails shall be allowed upon any body of water within Lake Storey or Lincoln Park; provided, that an electric motor can be used on a boat for trolling by individuals for their own use so long as the motor does not exceed two horsepower electric motor on Lake Storey and does not propel the boat at a speed to exceed five miles per hour. This division does not prohibit city employees, the Lake Storey concessionaire or State Conservation Agency employees from operating a motorboat on Lake Storey while engaged in official duties.
(B) All boats on Lake Storey, other than those boats owned, operated or possessed by any person holding a concession contract or permit from the city, shall be securely fastened and padlocked to the cable provided for that purpose when not in use.
(C) No person shall use, remove, trespass or otherwise tamper with or damage any boat in any public park without the express permission of the owner.
(D) No person owning, operating or possessing a boat shall allow or permit the use of the boat on Lake Storey or in Lincoln Park by any person under 18 years of age.
(E) No person, other than a lifeguard in the course of his or her duties, shall take or allow a boat or other craft in his or her possession or control to enter the swimming area at Lake Storey.
