(A) No person shall operate a motor vehicle or bicycle in any place in a public park except on the roadways and in the parking areas provided therefor.
(B) No person shall stop or park a motor vehicle on any roadway in any park for a longer period of time than is necessary to load or unload passengers or supplies.
(C) No person shall drive any motor vehicle whatsoever upon any drive or roadway in any public park at a speed greater than is reasonable and proper having regard to the traffic and the use of the way, or so as to endanger the life and limb of any person. If the rate of speed of any motor vehicle operated upon any drive or roadway in a public park exceeds 20 miles an hour, the rate of speed shall be prima facie evidence that the person operating the vehicle is operating same at a rate of speed greater than is reasonable and proper having regard to the traffic and use of the way, or so as to endanger the life or limb or injure the property of any person.
(D) No person shall operate a motor vehicle or bicycle upon the ice covering Lake Storey or Lincoln Park.
(E) No person shall operate any vehicle in excess of ten miles per hour in the Lake Storey Campsite.
