§ 95.20 IMPROPER CONDUCT.
   No person shall use threatening, obscene, abusive or indecent language in any public park, or otherwise conduct himself or herself therein in an unseemly manner which might tend toward a breach of the peace, or frequent any public park while under the influence of narcotic drugs.
