§ 95.23 DOMESTIC ANIMALS.
   (A)   Dogs. Except as provided under § 95.34, no dog shall be brought into or allowed to remain in any public park unless it is restrained by suitable leash not more than six feet in length. No dog shall be allowed on any bathing beach in any public park. No dog shall be allowed to enter any wading pool in any public park.
   (B)   Nuisance. No person shall bring any animal of any kind, including reptiles and fowls, into any public park which shall in any manner whatsoever interfere with the use and enjoyment of the park by a member or members of the public.
