(A) No person shall swim in Lake Storey outside or beyond the swimming area, the area being identified by markers provided for that purpose.
(B) All persons swimming in Lake Storey shall promptly heed and observe the directions and instructions of any person duly authorized by the city to supervise the swimming beach and swimming area in the interests of public safety.
(C) No person under the age of 16 shall swim or enter the beach area at Lake Storey without the supervision of a parent, guardian, or responsible person of at least 16 years of age.
