Division of Fire and Emergency Rescue Services
Editor's note: Prior to the enactment of this chapter, the City contracted with Copley Township for fire protection services.
   The City enters into Agreements with employees of the Division of Fire, which Agreements provide for compensation, benefits and other incidents of employment. The provisions of this chapter are applicable only to those employees and to those subjects not otherwise provided for in such Agreements. Copies of the latest relevant legislation and of such Agreements may be obtained, at cost, from the Clerk of Council.
