(a) There is hereby created the position of four Full Time Fire Lieutenants in the Division of Fire and Emergency Rescue Services.

(b) The compensation for such positions shall be as determined by Council.
(c) The position of Full Time Fire Lieutenant shall be in the classified service.
(d) The person occupying the position of Full Time Fire Lieutenant shall fulfill the duties as directed by the Chief and have the powers provided by duly enacted City ordinances.
