240.06   PART TIME FIREFIGHTER/EMT-P.
   (a)   There is hereby established in the Division of Fire and Emergency Rescue Services the position of Part Time Firefighter/EMT-P.
   (b)   The compensation for such position shall be determined by Council.
   (c)   The job description and duties of employees in the position shall be as specified by the Chief of the Division and/or as designated by resolution or ordinance duly enacted by Council.
