240.041   FULL TIME FIRE MARSHALL.
   There is hereby established in the Division of Fire and Emergency Rescue Services the position of Full Time Fire Marshall.
   (a)   The compensation for such position shall be as determined by Council.
   (b)   The job description and duties of a Fire Marshall shall be as specified by the Chief of the Division and/or as designated by Council by resolution or ordinance.
