Any person violating any of the provisions of section 13-6 or 13-7 of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall be punished as provided in section 1-8 of this Code; and any person operating a theater or public hall under license from the City who violates any of said provisions, in addition to said penalty, shall have such license revoked.
