13-6: BLOCKING PASSAGEWAYS IN PUBLIC PLACES PROHIBITED; EXCEPTIONS:
It shall be unlawful for any person to sit or remain standing in any aisle, recess, passage, stairway, or exit side of the lobby, in any theater, church, or public hall, within the City at any time when a performance, exhibition, lecture, service, or entertainment is in progress therein, or at any time there is a public assemblage therein; except however, it shall not be unlawful for persons employed in such building as ushers or attendants in the discharge of their duties, or any public officer or member of the Fire Department in the discharge of his/her duties, to sit or stand or be in any such aisle, recess, passage, stairway, or lobby of any such building.
