13-7: BLOCKING PASSAGEWAYS IN PUBLIC PLACES; DUTY OF OPERATORS:
It shall be unlawful for any person managing or controlling or having charge of any theater, church, or public hall within the City to permit any person to sit or stand in any aisle, recess, passage, stairway, or exit side of the lobby in such building, at any time a performance, exhibition, lecture, service or entertainment is being given therein or is in progress therein, or at any time there is in any such building any public assemblage; except, however, it shall not be unlawful to permit persons employed in any such building as ushers or attendants when in the discharge of their duties, or any public officer or member of the Fire Department in the discharge of his/her duties, to be or stand or sit therein.
