§ 4-20. Fees.
   Pursuant to KRS 198B.060, and other applicable law, the city shall charge a fee for the services performed under this article, and such schedule of fees, including any amendments as may be from time to time enacted by order of the board of commissioners is hereby incorporated by reference.
