§ 4-17. Copies on file.
   A copy of the code, adopted in this article, together with a copy of all other regulations or NFPA Pamphlets adopted or referred to in the Code adopted in this article, is in the office of the city clerk, and the clerk shall at all times keep a copy of the code for reference.
