Fire Department
EDITOR'S NOTE: Rules and Regulations for the Fire Department were adopted by Resolution 1998-29, passed February 11, 1998. Copies may be obtained, at cost, from the Fire Chief.
   Resolution 2000-71, passed May 10, 2000, authorized an agreement with the City of Cleveland to provide HAZMAT services to the Village. Copies of this resolution and of the agreement may be obtained, at cost, from the Village Clerk.
   Resolution 2004-19, passed January 14, 2004, adopted the Countywide All Natural Hazards Mitigation Plan. Copies of this resolution and of the plan may be obtained, at cost, from the Village Clerk.
   Ordinance 2010-127, passed January 12, 2011, abolishes the positions of Captain in the Fire Department. The current positions of Fire Captain are abolished effective simultaneously with each incumbent in the current Fire Captain positions leaving the position of Captain for any reason.
