244.08 SHOW-UP TIME FOR SERVICE ON OFF-DUTY HOURS.

When a full-time member of the Fire Department is called back to duty during his or her normal off-duty hours, such member shall be entitled to show-up time of a minimum of two hours (four hours if recalled after midnight, but before 7:30 a.m.). Show-up time shall be paid at the employee's regular rate of compensation plus overtime if such is due and payable.
