14.70.075   Architectural review.
   All applications for a license authorizing the permanent use of the public right-of-way for operation of an outdoor café as defined in section 14.70.070(B) shall be subject to architectural review pursuant to Chapter 19.18. The planning director may review and approve the proposed site plan and architectural design of the proposed outdoor café or refer review to the Architectural Review Board pursuant to section 19.18.030. Any decision regarding a proposed site plan and architectural design may be appealed pursuant to Chapter 19.12. Licensee shall maintain the outdoor café in accordance with site design and architectural review approval.
