14.44.130   Obligation of city to remove poles and fire alarm circuits.
   The city shall remove its poles and fire alarm circuits at its own expense, from all poles required to be removed hereunder, in ample time to enable the owner or user of such poles to remove the same within the time specified in the resolution adopted pursuant to Section 14.44.030.
