14.36.050 Manner of moving generally.

   All buildings or structures, for which a permit has been issued in accordance with the provisions of this chapter, shall be moved as follows:

   A.   In accordance with the terms and conditions, if any, of the permit;

   B.   In a careful manner,

   C.   Shall be prosecuted with diligence;

   D.   Shall be to the satisfaction and approval of the director.

14.36.060 Obstruction of rights-of-way.

   It shall be unlawful for the holder of any permit issued in accordance with the provisions of this chapter to permit any building or structure, being moved in accordance with such permit, to stand or park on any public right-of-way (unless authorized in writing so to do by the director) or to obstruct any railway right-of-way.

14.36.070 Damage to public or private property.

   It shall be unlawful for the holder of any permit issued in accordance with the provisions of this chapter, to allow or permit, either directly or indirectly, any building or structure being moved to injure any person or persons or damage any public or private property.
