10.55.030   Infraction penalties.
   Except as otherwise hereinafter provided in this chapter, any violation of the vehicle and traffic regulations adopted by this title shall be an infraction punishable by a fine in an amount provided for by Section 1505 of the Charter of the City of Chico.
