10.25.080   Parking limits in metered parking spaces.
   No person, except as otherwise provided in this title, shall permit any vehicle to remain parked in any parking meter space during any time when the parking meter regulating the space indicates that no portion remains of the period for which the last amounts had been deposited, or beyond the time limit for parking in such space as otherwise provided in this title.
