10.10.030   Holidays.
   The term “holidays” shall mean: January 1, third Monday in January, third Monday in February, last Monday in May, July 4, first Monday in September, November 11, the Thursday in November appointed as Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving Day, December 24, and December 25.
