5.28.100   Owner’s Permit - Insurance requirements.
   Each owner-applicant shall obtain, provide proof of and, at all times following issuance of a permit, maintain in full force and effect, automobile liability and commercial general liability insurance policies with limits and deductibles as required by the city’s administrative dervices director.
