3.85.250   Fire protection buildings and equipment.
   “Fire protection buildings and equipment” means any building or structure, including any real property required for such building or structure, and/or any vehicle, apparatus or equipment which is used by the city fire department in the provision of fire prevention services, fire protection services and responses to hazardous material spills or other incidents.
