9.27.170   Enforcement.
   Every cart owner who violates any provision of such owner's ACPP, and every person who violates any provision of this chapter, shall be subject to enforcement procedures for each violation by any lawful means available to the city, including, but not limited to, those set forth in California Business and Professions Code Sections 22435.3 and 22435.5, Section 1.04.120 of this code, and chapters 1.14 and 1.15 of this code.
