9.27.110   Authority to impound.
   Pursuant to California Business and Professions Code Section 22435.7, the city may impound any abandoned cart when the cart has a sign affixed as required by Code Section 9.27.050. The requirements for notice, impoundment and recovery of the cart shall be governed by California Business and Professions Code sections 22435 through 22435.7, as set forth in Code Section 9.27.120. The city may retrieve and immediately dispose of any abandoned unidentified carts.
