Any person subject to a sales or use tax under the provisions of this chapter shall be entitled to a credit against the payment of taxes due under this chapter in the amount of sales or use tax due to the redevelopment agency of the city of Chico pursuant to Section 7202.6 of the California Revenue and Taxation Code, provided that the sales and use tax ordinance of the redevelopment agency of the city of Chico complies with all requirements of Section 7202.6 of the California Revenue and Taxation Code and any other applicable provisions of Part 1.5, Division 2, of that code.
