12R.10.230   Interference with permitted events or persons occupying and using reserved city park facilities.
   No person shall knowingly obstruct, impede, hamper or otherwise interfere with an event or any other person or group of persons occupying and using city park facilities where such other person is entitled to the exclusive use of such facilities pursuant to a permit approved either by the director or the park commission in the manner provided by this chapter.
