15.70.160   Violations and penalties.
   Any violation of the provisions of this chapter shall be an infraction punishable by a fine in an amount established by Section 1505 of the Charter of the City of Chico. Violations of this chapter shall be deemed an infraction unless such violation is designated in this chapter as a misdemeanor.
