ARTICLE II. RULES FOR ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
12.18.030 Alcoholic beverages - Manufacture and sale - Prohibited.
   No person shall make or sell alcoholic beverages of any kind or variety in any park or playground in the city.

12.18.040 Alcoholic beverages - Gift - Prohibited.
   No person shall give away any alcoholic beverage in any park or playground of the city.

12.18.050 Alcoholic beverages - Possession or Consumption - Prohibited.
   No person shall possess an open container of an alcoholic beverage or consume an alcoholic beverage of any kind or variety in any park or playground in the city.

12.18.060 Alcoholic beverages - Municipal Golf Course.
   Notwithstanding sections 12.04.030 and 12.04.050 above, any person may sell alcoholic beverages at the Municipal Golf Course pursuant to a valid license issued by the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control and any person over the age of 21 years may possess or consume alcoholic beverages at the Municipal Golf Course.
