14.90.110   Permit term.
   A.   Permit Term. A permit for a Small Cell Facilities shall be valid for a period of ten (10) years, unless Government Code Section 65964 is amended to allow for a shorter period or the permit lapses or is revoked sooner pursuant to another provision of this Code. At the end of ten (10) years from the date of issuance, such permit shall automatically expire.
   B.   Renewal. A permittee may apply for a new permit within 180 days prior to expiration. Said application and proposal shall comply with the City's current Code requirements for wireless telecommunications facilities.
