9.55.060   Term of Ordinance.
   A.   This Ordinance shall be effective 30 days after adoption by the City Council.
   B.   For purposes of the Camp Fire, emergency declaration period is hereby established to extend until December 31, 2020, unless otherwise extended by the City Council, or until such later date as established by a declaration of a state of emergency regarding the Camp Fire.
